OKOTOKS, AB (March 12, 2025) – The Okotoks Oilers are in Blackfalds Wednesday night (March 12) to face the Bulldogs for the last time in the 2024-2025 BCHL regular season.
The Green and Gold have met the Bulldogs five previous times this season, taking the first three games of the season series but then coming out on the wrong side of the final two. The Oilers had outscored Blackfalds 15-6 in the first three games, and the Bulldogs would outscore Okotoks 7-4 in the two latest.
During the season series between the Oilers and Bulldogs, Brett Wilson (Calgary, AB) leads the team in goals with four, and Kade Duell (Taber, AB) leads the team in points against Blackfalds with three goals and four assists for seven points in the five games played this season.

Duell also enters the game with a point streak of six games, in that span, he has produced eight goals and an assist for nine points.
Olivier Ciarlo has played in every game the Oiler have faced the Bulldogs this season, posting a 3-2-0 record while making 123 saves in the five games combined.

The Oilers currently sit one point back of the West Kelowna Warriors for the seventh seed and could climb the standings once again with a win tonight. A win would also give Okotoks a cushion as they would be ahead of the Spruce Grove Saints by seven points. The Saints currently are not in the playoff contention as they sit in ninth place.
Game time is set for 7:00 p.m. MDT at Eagle Builders Centre in Blackfalds.
