Okotoks, AB (February 21, 2026) – The Okotoks Oilers are in Spruce Grove tonight to close out their weekend games with an early 6:00 p.m. MST start against the Saints.
The Oilers and Saints have met six times this season and have split the season series at three games apiece. Two of the Saints’ wins against the Oilers have come in extra time, including an 11-round shootout back on October 25, 2025.
The last meeting would see the Oilers unable to stop a third-period comeback from the Saints, who took the game in overtime, but it would see Michael Kowalski (Chicago, IL) continue to play an important role for the Green and Gold as he produced two goals in the game.

Patrik Kliment (Banska Bystrica, Slovakia) is expected to make the start tonight for his third game in a row, and first time playing against the Saints in his career. Cayden Joramo (Highlands Ranch, CO) is also expected to be back in the lineup tonight after missing last night’s game against the Bucks.
Jordan Murray (Decker, AB) will be a player to watch as he scored last night for the Oilers’ lone goal and has accumulated nine points (1G, 8A) in his last nine games played.
After tonight’s game, the Oilers will be back at Viking Rentals Centre on Tuesday as they host the Blackfalds Bulldogs at 11:30 a.m. for their special School Game, which will see many students from the area soaking in a Green and Gold game.
The Okotoks Oilers are a not-for-profit, community-run junior hockey franchise competing in the BCHL and operating out of Viking Rentals Centre. For more information, visit okotoksoilers.com or follow the Oilers on X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram.
