OKOTOKS, AB (March 4, 2024) – The Okotoks Oilers of the BCHL are happy to announce that 2004-born forward Connor Gourley (Calgary, AB) has committed to attend and play for Robert Morris University.

Located in Moon Township, Pennsylvania, the RMU Colonials compete in the NCAA’s Division I Atlantic Hockey conference under 18th-year head coach Derek Schooley.

Gourley, 19, ranks 7th in team scoring this season with 37 points (14 goals, 23 assists) in 44 games played. A veteran of 154 regular season junior games, he has tallied a career total of 44 goals and 50 assists for 94 points in that span.

“We’re excited for Connor,” said Oilers head coach and GM Tyler Deis. “He’s been a big part of our program for quite a while, and someone we’ve worked with for many years, and this is a perfect opportunity for his future and his continued growth.
